2.2. Non-Refundable Circumstances:
- Services already rendered and approved by the client.
- Delays caused by the client’s lack of communication or incomplete information.
- Changes in client’s requirements after the project has begun.
- Third-party issues outside of Zaacy’s control (e.g., platform downtimes).
2.3. Partial Refunds:
- For partially completed projects, a refund for the unfinished portion of the work may be issued after evaluation.
2.4. Refund Request Process:
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to refunds@zaacy.com within 14 days of the project completion date.
- Include details of the service, reason for the request, and supporting evidence (e.g., correspondence, deliverables).
- Refunds are processed within 15 business days upon approval.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1. Client-Initiated Cancellations:
- Clients may cancel a service within 7 days of purchase or project initiation, whichever is earlier.
- A cancellation fee of 20% of the project cost may apply to cover administrative expenses.
3.2. Zaacy-Initiated Cancellations: Zaacy reserves the right to cancel a project under the following circumstances:
- The client breaches the terms of the agreement.
- Non-payment or delayed payment for the agreed services.
- Inappropriate or abusive behavior by the client.
3.3. Cancellation Request Process:
- Submit a cancellation request in writing to cancellations@zaacy.com.
- Clearly state the reason for the cancellation and include relevant details.
- Cancellation requests are processed within 10 business days.
4. Exceptions
Certain services, including but not limited to consultation calls, audits, and custom one-time services, are non-refundable and non-cancellable once delivered or scheduled.
